Letter: We are being told that the Northern Ireland Protocol has been replaced because it has a new name
A letter from Dr Paul Kingsley:
Chris Heaton-Harris seems to be saying that the Northern Ireland Protocol is being replaced on the strength of a recommendation that it be given a new name.
If I give my dog a new name, that does not mean that Rover has been replaced.
