Huge entry to line up for Donegal International Rally
And as always the event has attracted a huge entry headed by Garry Jennings from Kesh with his Subaru WRC.
Last weekend Jennings had the perfect preparation by winning a round of the Northern Ireland Rally Championship.

Hide AdOn his way to victory he won all seven stages to finish some two minutes clear of his nearest challenger the reigning Northern Ireland Rally Champion Derek McGarrity (Ford Fiesta WRC).
Donagh Kelly will start at number two with his Ford Focus WRC and Declan Boyle starts at three with his Ford Fiesta WRC.
And making a welcome return to this event Eugene Donnelly and he will drive a Mini WRC seeded at four.
The five-times Irish Tarmac Rally Champion is looking forward to the event and he will have co-driver Paddy Toner in the McGeehan Motorsport run left-hand drive 01C specification car

Hide AdIt has been 18 months since Donnelly has sat behind the wheel of a competitive rally car, but he was impressed with the Mini after a short test run recently.
Other drivers in the top ten to look out for Alastair Fisher (Ford Fiesta WRC), Keith Cronin (Citroen DS3 R5), and the Moffett brothers Sam and Josh who have entered a pair of Ford Fiesta WRCs.
The opening special stages today are in the Letterkenny/Ballybofey area with servicing at the rear of the Clanree Hotel, while tomorrow the crews will tackle amongst others the awesome Knockalla Stage and on Sunday there are stages at Atlantic Drive and Fanad with the finish at the Mount Errigal Hotel.
The Donegal event is round five of the Clonakilty Black Pudding Irish Tarmac Rally Championship and Alastair Fisher currently tops the points table.
