Answers needed over Covenant show

YOU would think that, this being Ulster Covenant Year, an exhibition at Belfast City Hall would already have been announced.

We are into the last day in January and there is still no information about an Ulster Covenant exhibition or the appointment of an exhibition director to oversee arrangements.

There has been much talk about an exhibition but no details.

Planning should have already been carried out long before the end of 2011.

Are we to witness a frenzied attempt to put together an exhibition before the end of the year?

Finally, do the organisers of the exhibition (if they exist) know if the Ulster Museum and the Public Record Office will lend their Covenant-related objects to the exhibition?

Do they have a list of objects in the public domain that are available for the exhibition? We need answers now.
