I have just came onboard at Angel Hair Boutique as a self employed beauty therapist, May 2013. I have spent the last two years at Shavata threading studio in House of Fraser and have ten years experience in reputable salons within the beauty industry and my clientele have came with me. I had the option of coming to Angel or Michael Quinn Hair Salon, I chose to come to Angel as I have two lovely rooms that I have decorated in a vintage style theme to tie in with the quirky salon, I wouldn't have had this space at Michael Quinns, also I love the individuality of the salon and it's undeniable friendly atmosphere. I would not have chosen to run my business from and unprofessional salon as one or two the reviews here state that Angel is, I am extremely shocked by said reviews as I have also been a customer of the salon for past 5 years or so too and have always been extremely happy with the service and results. Great salon :)

Went to Angel hair yesterday and am still recovering from it.  Having bought a living social voucher for a cut and blow dry I made an appointment to have just that. My heart sank when I walked in. Not one person in the place apart from staff. Thats never a good sign, right ? Right !  I was greeted by debbie who told me I needed a colour too, just an extra 37.50......emmmmm...no im ok thanks ! As soon as I declined her ridiculous offer oh how the attitude changed . Shipped off to the sink for the worst wash ever by one of her minions. The place wax grubby and damp and being in a 1 customer to five staff ratio I just felt uneasy.  When debbie came back to cut my hair  the other staff gathered round for a good chat. I say chat, im no prude but the language was unreal. So between that and 4 sets of eyes staring at me I just felt uncomfortable.  Esp the young male trainee,  he was so odd. I felt i was in the twilight zone ! I just wanted to run out of there. The haircut wasnt what I asked for but I wasnt about to complain i just wanted out alive.  The young girl drying my hair didnt have a clue and clawed the head off me, and the smell of pickled onion from the owner was disgusting. Poor customer service, no wonder it was empty. Perhaps you shouldn't treat living social dealers as second class citizens. Will not be back. Bizarrest hair experience ever .

Had a nightmare experience. Had a comfort zone facial (bought as part of groupon deal) in November I’m still having face treatments to over come the my skin irration that occurred. they burnt my face with the products they were using. Do yourself a favour and forget about purchasing one of these NIGHTMARE!!!!! ps i read the reviews before going and thought surely it cant be that bad how wrong was I!!! I’m not one to usually write reviews but I thought I had to here!! Just reading through the reviews there about the salon it’s not right having friends of the salon write reviews and its more than obvious that this is the case! AVOID

I was first at this salon last feburary for a facial with a lovely therapist called Ciara. After having the best facial I have ever had I decided to go back recently for a hair cut. BIG MISTAKE!!! I asked for a senior stylist & got a lady called Debbie (think she may be the owner?). Firstly when my hair was washed it was done so within 1 minute and what looked and smelled like tatty and smelly towels where used to dry my hair. I washed my hair again as soon as I got home! Secondly the stylist did not listen to what I wanted constantly talking and swearing over me much to my shock and disbelief as I've never had this experience before. The end result was a haircut that was uneven all over. If she had off listened and concentrated then maybe this would not have happened. I had to spend money 2 days later to get this fixed. When I told the hairdresser about my experience combined with awful cut he said that this salon was very well known in the industry for its unprofessional service and poor quailty. When I read earlier reviews I see that this is backed up and the more recent reviews must be of friends at this salon to try and get the ratings up. I don't rate this salon on any level other than for the brilliant therapist who has since moved on and I can see why!

I am thrilled with my new hair style . It has taken Debbie a few cuts to get my hair the way she knew she could get it . It was a disaster when i first went to her and I never thought my hair could look so good .
My advise ,,, TRUST Debbie .  Margaret A

I've been going to Debbie for about 3 years and I always leave the salon feeling FANTASTIC. Debbie has
restyled my hair several times and always does a brillant job. The cut and products really improve the texture and appearance of my hair. I only use the quality products supplied by Angel Hair Boutique.
Thanks Team

Was at Angel hair today and as always left with a scintillating hairdo. Had first visited this salon in Jan 12 purely to purchase a top brand shampoo which they are one of the few salons in Belfast to stock. Got chatting to Debbie the owner who gave me the best hair advice I've ever had! Made an immediate appointment for cut colour etc and have never looked back!- would now never dream of going elsewhere. Its blatantly obvious that Debbie is top of her game and the atmosphere and camaraderie between the staff and clients is second to none. Also adore the decorative style of the salon - in conclusion then it only leaves me to say Whats not to Love??? Keep up the good work ....

I have been going to Debbie to get my haircut since I moved back to Belfast over 2 years ago, can't speak highly enough about Debbie and the rest of the staff, always pleasant and chatty and always do a great job. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now and would recommend others to try it out!

Just had a restyle by Debbie at Angel Boutique. Thrilled with the cut and advise I was given. Not only did Debbie listen to what I wanted she made me feel really special. The staff are really friendly and I have already booked again for a follow up cut and colour consultation. I'm 42and have worked in the beauty industry but have yet to feel as consulted and comfortable getting my hair restyled . I would definitely recommend paying a visit and find out for yourself. To those who claim they have had a bad experience, why not go back to the salon and speak to Debbie and I'm sure she will rectify anything you are unhappy about. I have never felt as pampered before in any salon , thanks to Debbie and her team.

Just had my haircut this morning with Debbie.  I have been going to Debbie for over 20 years and always get a great haircut.  The salon is looking great and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
I would recommend Angel Hair to anyone.
