ONE of the acclaimed achievements of St Andrews was, that never again would a Sinn Fein minister be able to do a "solo run". Well, the Regional Development Strategy issue will put the matter to the test.
The Executive approved the RDS document in one format, then Mr Murphy, by imposing his republican speak, transformed a planning document into something which now reads more like a grubby Sinn Fein manifesto. Will he get away with it?

This is much more than about linguistics, it is a test of whether, in practice, St Andrews has delivered the promised change.
