Cambridge Diet is now available close to home

IF you have tried and failed to lose weight in the past, a solution may now be available close to home.

The Cambridge Diet has been helping people change their lives and achieve their weight loss goals for 25 years - and now there is a counsellor in this area.

Deborah, who lives in Antrim, offers one-to-one support and guidance which can be so vital in your weight loss journey. She will also do home visits, which means your weight loss needn't be hindered if you have small children or are unable to drive.

Deborah explained: "The Cambridge Diet is the nutritionally balanced foundation of a range of weight management programmes from 415 kcal to 1500 kcal per day.

"When used as the 'Sole Source' of nutrition, (or a very low calorie diet) it provides 100% of the EU Recommended Daily Allowance of all vitamins, minerals and trace elements."

The Diet comes in a number of different formats: as individual meals in sachets of powder, which are mixed with water to produce soups and milkshakes; as ready-mixed Tetra Briks; and as chocolate-covered meal bars.

Cambridge is available in a number of flavours, each representing a

balanced meal of around 137 kcal

Your Cambridge Counsellor is the essential ingredient in the diet's success. As well as offering all Cambridge programmes, Deborah provides:

* support and motivation during weight loss

* advice on weight maintenance

* advice and help towards a healthier lifestyle based on sound, balanced nutrition

Deborah added: "Cambridge helped me to manage my weight.

"After trying various other diets, Cambridge really worked for me. I've also seen it achieve great results for other people, with weight loss ranging from two to 15 stones.

"It's also equally effective for men and women."
