VIDEO: EOGHAN QUIGG INTERVIEW

ULSTER singing starlet Eoghan Quigg speaks exclusively to the News Letter website.

The 16-year-old, who was in Belfast to sign copies of his debut album on Wednesday, revealed it was "one of the most exciting days" of his life when he was informed he had scooped a record deal.

The Dungiven crooner starred on prime time reality television show, the X Factor, last year.

His self-titled album, which contains debut single '28,000 Friends', went on the shelves on Monday.

Speaking to the News Letter website, Eoghan admits he is constantly "pinching himself" given his new-founded celebrity status.

Hoping to emulate his hero Robbie Williams, the teenager also has aspirations to write his own songs and ultimately go on his own tour of the UK and Ireland.
