Cars burnt out

NEWTOWNARDS: A spate of arson attacks on cars is being investigated by police.
Nine vehicles were found yesterday burned out at a breaker’s yard in the Quarry Heights area of the town.

Eight of the cars were completely destroyed with one other partially charred.

Police discovered the burnt out cars yesterday morning and have asked anyone with information to contact them.

It is understood no one was injured in any of the blazes.
