Gang attacks man, 60, with iron bars

A man in his 60s was assaulted by a gang wielding iron bars and hammers at Falls Road bus depot.
Police at Grosvenor Road are investigating the assault which happened shortly after 3am on May 7, when four men entered the bus depot and assaulted the elderly man with iron bars and hammers.

A police spokes-man said the victim was taken to hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life- threatening.
