Police car chase: teenager in court

CRAIGAVON: A 19-year-old man has appeared at Craigavon Magistrates Court charged in connection with a series of incidents in Dunmurry on Friday morning when a number of parked cars were damaged before police cars had to ram a vehicle to force it to stop.
Several police officers and members of the public were also injured during the incident but none are thought to have been seriously hurt.

The man is charged with three counts of dangerous driving with intent to cause grievous bodily injury and three counts of dangerous driving.

He is expected to appear again at Lisburn Magistrates Court today.
