DETECTIVES investigating the murder of a nightclub doorman 18 months ago have conducted searches at a Tyrone car showroom.
Brian McGlynn was shot dead in front of his girlfriend at their Londonderry home in June last year.

The search on Wednesday morning of the premises on the Urney Road, Clady is thought to have focussed on the source of a car used in the murder of the 28-year-old.

Officers made no arrests but documents have been taken away for examination.

Last month, police questioned two men and a woman in connection with the killing.

The men, aged 30 and 46, were released without conditions. The woman was released pending further inquiries.
