Two arrested in city police raid

A MAN and a woman have been arrested following a planned police operation uncovering guns, cannabis and cash.
A 25-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman were arrested following a police raid in the Ballymurphy area of Belfast.

A PSNI spokesperson confirmed cannabis with a street value of £30,000 had been seized along with a number of weapons.

A quantity of cash was found in a second property, linked to the operation.
