£80k revamp for Holywood estate agency

A County Down estate agency are so confident about the improving property market they have invested a large five figure sum in renovation and rebranding costs.

John Minnis of Holywood put £80,000 into refurbishing their new state-of-the art branch, with prime position on Holywood’s bustling High Street With a complete interior redesign to accommodate their growing team they have also installed a cutting-edge 46” touch-screen technology, allowing clients to view specifics of the expansive rental and sales portfolio at the touch of a fingertip.

The company rebrand will also new a suite of new brochures, boards and all signage changed in line with the new design. A new computer system will also ensure that the team remain ahead of the competition.

John Minnis launched the Holywood office in July 2005, and since then the business has grown from strength-to-strength whilst still retaining many of the founding team. The company have reported a 30 per cent increase in business compared to the same period last year and are already planning recruiting a further five new staff members in 2014.
