The tallest commercial building on the island of Ireland has gone up for sale.
Windsor House, a high-rise office-block in Bedford Street close to Belfast’s Ulster Hall, has been placed on the market for £5m.
The firm CBRE has been appointed to handle the sale.
The company said that 22-storey, 263ft Windsor House could be used as a hotel or for student accommodation – all subject to planning permission.
It currently takes in a gross income of £204,144 per year.
It is thought to have once been the tallest building on the island outright, before Belfast’s Obel Tower – a mixed development of flats and business – was constructed.
