A man was left shaken after a shooting incident in a house in north Antrim on Tuesday night.
A PSNI spokesman said a number of men entered a property at Henry Street in Ballymoney and fired shots around 11.30pm. A man in the property was not injured.
Sinn Fein MLA Daithí McKay condemned the attack and said it was “fortunate” that no-one had been injured.
“The people who carried out this attack are living in the past and there is no reason for bringing guns onto the street,” he said.
“The entire community are opposed to these attacks and the people behind them need to go away. Anyone with information on this attack should bring it forward to the PSNI.”
