Detectives investigating sex assault of woman in Holylands
Detectives investigating an alleged sexual assault of a woman which is believed to have occurred in or near the Agincourt area in Belfast's Holylands on March 21, are appealing for information.
As part of their enquiries, they are particularly keen to speak to a man who was in licensed premises in the Ann Street area of the city from approximately 7.30pm on this date as they believe he may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
He is described as being 6ft tall and of average build with a shaved head. He was wearing a grey hooded top, a jacket and jeans and spoke with a North American accent.
This man, or anyone else who was in the area at the time and witnessed any suspicious activity, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 929 24/03/2017.
