Man (20) due in court over fatal Strabane collision

He has also been charged with causing death or grievous bodily injury by driving, having no driving licence and using a motor vehicle without insurance.

He is expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning (April 26).

Front seat passenger Margaret McLaughlin 69, was killed when the collision, involving a car and lorry, occurred on the Urney Road.

Her husband was driving at the time and is being treated in hospital for injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening.
