Cyclist dies after Lisburn collision

A cyclist has died following an road traffic collision that occurred on the Knockmore Road, Lisburn, at around 2.25pm today.

Police said the man in his forties was involved in a collision with a lorry.

The Knockmore Road, Lisburn, currently remains closed to traffic with diversions in place.

A PSNI Inspector Collins said: “I would ask anyone who would have seen the cyclist or the lorry in the area to contact Lisburn Police Station or the Collision Investigation Unit at Steeple Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.”
