A north Belfast family have issued an online appeal to locate missing Aaron Cochrane.

On Facebook yesterday Aaron’s sister Carla Cochrane said: “Can anyone that’s seen Aaron Cochrane today please ask him to get in touch with me or my mum. He was last seen at 7am this morning. Please share, we just want to know that he’s ok.”

The 31-year-old has not been seen since leaving his home in Ballysillan at 7am on Saturday.

A PSNI spokesman said they were made aware Aaron Cochrane was missing on Saturday night and a PSNI helicopter had been deployed to search for him.

The spokesman asked anyone with information about him to contact police on 101.
