Free Royal Ulster art exhibition open

The 135th annual exhibition of the Royal Ulster Academy is now under way.

The artistic organisation began its latest showcase of work on Friday.

It is being staged at the Ulster Museum in the Botanic area of south Belfast, and admission is free.

It is open from Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, until January 8.
