Get glow-ing!

For the first time ever, there's a female focused event for beauty and vitality being held in Northern Ireland. The glow beauty and vitality show will take place at the King's Hall Complex, Belfast on the 9th and 10th of February and will feature exhibits brimming with Glamour, Lifestyle, Oasis and Wellbeing.

With four key zones alongside the House of Fraser Fashion and Fitness stage, a Seminar Theatre and Sanctuary, glow is a vibrant, new event showcasing the dynamic market sectors of Health, Beauty, Fashion, Fitness and Nutrition and definitely worth a run up the motorway to check it out!

Head straight for the Glamour zone if you fancy a wardrobe fix - the latest, most fashionable style consultancies will be on hand to sort fashion dilemmas. Check out House of Fraser who will provide a catwalk extravaganza, showcasing their exclusive lines which will be available when the department store opens in the eagerly anticipated Victoria Square on 6th March 08. With four catwalk shows daily, you won’t miss out on exclusives from lines such as Linea, Untold and Therapy.

If you need a health boost - the Lifestyle zone will be packed with fitness and nutrition experts who can advise you on your next steps.

Need some calm and relaxation? The Oasis zone offers some of the most sought after revitalising beauty and vitality treatments available.

And if you are worried about that nagging ache or pain, a trip to the Wellbeing area is for you, where spine and ailment specialists can rest your mind, body and soul. Hastings Hotels, owners of the fabulous Slieve Donard and Elysium Spas, have taken over the entire Sanctuary area, and will be preening and pampering ladies on the spot throughout the weekend event.

Local Charity Action Cancer will also benefit from the event and patron Zoe Salmon from BBC Blue Peter will be on board to support the show. Fellow patron Lynda Bryans will also lend support throughout the event on behalf of the charity. Organiser and glow girl Hayley Harrison said “We are so excited about glow, it is the first of its kind to come to Northern Ireland, and now ladies from all over the province and the South can indulge themselves in our glow zones; Glamour, Lifestyle, Oasis and Wellbeing, not to mention our Fashion and Fitness Stage.”

Hayley continued; “glow will be the ultimate opportunity for ladies to come along and re-charge their batteries after the festive, New Year period. It is no secret that New Year Resolutions fly out the window in February; therefore glow will be a vital, relaxing, fun and fashionable refuge for those wishing to get back on track.”

So, if you feel like you need a boost in order to completely glow this February, head for the glow Beauty and Vitality Show, on 9th & 10th February at the Kings Hall Belfast - the ultimate girly weekend!
