BBC anchor Stephen Nolan has spoken candidly about his recent weight loss.
Speaking on his radio show yesterday he said he has lost six stone by following a 500 calorie-a-day diet during a 15-week period. He added that he needed to lose “another three to four stone”.
He stressed that no-one should follow the same low calorie diet unless they speak to their doctor beforehand.
Explaining the reasons for his diet, he said: “I want to be thin to be able to walk into a shop and to buy clothes and to think they might look ok on me.”
