Freshii, the leading global healthy eating fast food restaurant chain has launched its first Northern Ireland outlet.

The food business, which boasts 300 stores across 85 cities in 20 countries, made its debut in the iconic building at 1 Donegall Square West in the heart of Belfast today Thursday, March 2 creating 10 full and part-time jobs.

Freshii will offer a delicious and diverse menu including tossed salads, hot bowls, burritos, healthy wraps, soups, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and frozen yogurt, aimed to energise people on the go, served in an eco-friendly environment.

The meal choices are based on fibre-rich, slow-burning carbs, essential fats and lean proteins with over 70 ingredients and homemade salad dressings made fresh daily.

Since opening its first store in 2005, Freshii has grown to over 300 stores located across 85 cities in 20 countries.

The company has also revealed that it is on track to open 40-50 stores within five years including Ireland.

Healthy food fans may already be familiar with Freshii in Dublin’s CHQ Building, M1 Applegreen at Lusk, Enfield West Applegreen, Mespil Road – Dublin 4, Arnott’s Store - Dublin 1 and Trinity College Dublin.

Freshii also caters for every dietary and taste bud preference including paleo, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and wheat free.
