Following on from their success in the British Championship at Banbridge the week before, Field Marshal won both the March, Strathspey and Reel and Medley sections of the grade one competition to take first place overall ahead of St Laurence O'Toole from Dublin in second, Cullybackey third and Ballycoan in fourth place.
Best corps of drums in grade one went to St Laurence under drum sergeant Stephen Creighton on MSR preference over Field Marshal.
The city's Leisureplex was the venue for the contest, which attracted entries from more than 60 bands and 40 drum majors, and drew a large crowd of spectators.
The title in grade two went the way of Ravara. The Co Down band took first place and won the drumming as they edged out Seven Towers, Killeen and Annsborough.
First place in grade 3A went to St Finbarrs with Aughintober, who also won the drumming, taking second place, Killen third and Howard Memorial fourth.
Manorcunningham took first place in grade 3B by the finest of margins. The band from Co Donegal edged out Castlerock on ensemble preference with Banbridge third and Colmcille fourth.
Matt Boyd Memorial took the title in grade 4A ahead of Letterkenny and District in second, Moneygore third and Quinn Memorial in fourth place.
Thiepval Memorial's run of success shows no sign of stopping. The band has won all but one of the local competitions this season and also claimed the Scottish and British championships in grade 4B.
The success continued with first place on Saturday when Thiepval were clear winners ahead of Ballyboley, Tullylagan and Lisnamulligan, who won the drumming prize.
In the drum majors' arenas there were All Ireland titles for Emma Barr (Ravara) in the novice grade, Rachel Caldwell (Bready) in the junior, Linzi Hamilton (Killeen) in the juvenile and Brian Wilson (Lomond and Clyde) in the senior grade.
