Susan Boyle Ulster-bound

SUSAN Boyle and her fellow Britain's Got Talent finalists are set to appear in Belfast next month.

The nationwide live tour stops off at the Odyssey Arena on July 1.

The ITV reality show - which took the nation by storm in recent months - was eventually won by street dancing group, Diversity.

The Essex dancers - consisting of three sets of brothers - won the competition courtesy of the votes of the British public.

Pre-final favourite, Susan Boyle, gained second place in the reality show. The Scottish singer is tipped to earn millions having earned the adulation of America in particular.

The 48-year-old became known when she sang "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Misrables in the competition's first round.

She is currently recovering from exhaustion in a private clinic in London following persistent media attention.

Diversity and Boyle will be joined on the UK tour by all eight other finalists including, Julian Smith, Shaheen Jafargholi, Aidan Davis, Stavros Flatley, Hollie Steel, Shaun Smith, Flawless and 2 Grand. Last years winner George Sampson will also be performing.

The arena tour, which will travel across the UK, will be hosted by ITV2's Britain's Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern.

Tickets for the live show went on sale on Wednesday.
