The Queen’s visit to both the Republic and Northern Ireland is in tatters.
The sovereign flag that reminds us of British rule is restricted in our capital city and even at our seat of parliament.
What a hatred some must have for our beneficial British heritage when they cannot tolerate to see the national flag fly for longer periods of time.
If unionist people decided to live in the Republic they would not be demanding the removal of the tricolour on southern Irish soil.
The political agreements have been used to sell different stories to different people so that conflict in expectations is fed.
I suggest that our new Unionist Forum is used to warn those anti-British leaders that their ‘cosy time’ in government is under consideration. The political stage of the conflict as they see it will come to an end if they continue to undermine the sovereign state of Northern Ireland.
