Jewellery and cash stolen in south Belfast burglary

Police are appealing for information after jewellery and a sum of money were stolen during a burglary in south Belfast.

The items were taken on February 8 between 4pm and 9.15pm in the Sharman Gardens area.

No-one was in the house at the time.

Detective Constable Gourley said: “I would ask anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area, or who knows anything about this burglary, to contact detectives at Musgrave Police Station on the non emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
