Man arrested after body found in Holywood

The man’s was found in the Ballydavey Cottages area on Sunday night.

Police have said they are treating the death as suspicious.

MLA Alex Easton said: “I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear the news that a body of a man had been found, my sympathy and thoughts go out to the man’s family.

“I understand a man has been arrested and have spoken to the PSNI and would ask that anyone with any information to help the police with their investigation to come forward.”
