The name Stormont is synonymous with the Parliament Building situated a few minutes walk from our church building.
The seat of government in Northern Ireland, Stormont, has been the focus of a great deal of hope and much despair over many decades. It remains the focus of this country’s aspirations for a transformed community and a shared future.
Meeting as we do in a building that bears the same name, our prayer is also for transformation, transformation of hearts as well as minds. Our vision as a faith community is to enable others to see and experience the love and grace of God. With little steps, increasing partnerships and faith in God, we seek to Show People Christ in order that the transformation we long for and the shared future we desire, might begin to take shape in lives, families, and neighbourhoods and ultimately across our city and our country.
