WHILE two of the potential UUP leadership candidates have confirmed they will stand, a third – Mike Nesbitt – posted a short and cryptic entry on his website on Sunday: “The reading at Granshaw Church this morning was James, Chapter 4, verses 13 to 17, ending thus: ‘So then, those who do not do the good they know they should do, are guilty of sin’.”
To that Scripture, Mr Nesbitt added the word: “Amen.”
The Strangford MLA was not available for further comment.
