£100,000 drugs seizure in Belfast raid

The drugs were found in south Belfast

Drugs worth an estimated £100,000 have been seized in south Belfast.

They came to light following a search in the Agra Street area of the Annadale embankment on Wednesday evening.

A 26-year-old female was arrested for possession of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply.

The PSNI described the haul as “a significant seizure”.

Inquiries are continuing and the female has been released on police bail.
