A 37-year old former soldier who served in Kosovo and Sierra Leone was yesterday jailed for rioting in the Woodvale area of Belfast last July.
William Mark Orr was captured on police footage at the forefront of a loyalist protest.

He was sentenced to 18 months – nine months of which will be spent in custody with the remaining nine months on licence upon his release.
Also appearing at Belfast Crown Court was 26-year old Michael McCreery, who pleaded guilty to a charge of rioting over a period from July 12 to July 15, 2013.
