A major crackdown on illegal immigration is being carried out across Northern Ireland.
Home Office officials have swooped on suspected illegal workers operating mobile phone accessory stalls in shopping centres.
Raids are being carried out at 19 different locations throughout every county.
Carolyne Lindsay from the Home Office said: “Foreign nationals who are found working illegally in this country should be in no doubt that they will be caught, arrested and removed from the UK.
“We are determined to crack down on immigration offenders and those who exploit them. Anyone found living or working here illegally is liable to be detained and removed.”
The operation is still ongoing.
In a statement the Home Office said every year civil penalties were imposed on hundreds of companies which failed to carry out legally-required checks on their staff.
A spokesman appealed for anyone who suspects that illegal workers are being employed at a business or someone is living in the UK illegally to come forward. Information can also be given anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
