Tommy Crossan was shot dead in west Belfast on Friday.

The 26 year-old man arrested at the weekend after the murder of dissident republican Tommy Crossan has been released unconditionally, police said.

Tommy Crossan, 43, was killed inside an industrial complex known as the Peter Pan centre off the Springfield Road in Belfast.
The man was arrested in west Belfast on Saturday and taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite for questioning.

Police said he had been released unconditionally on Sunday night.
