Man injured in Pomeroy crash

A 33-year-old man was taken to hospital on Friday having suffered a serious head injury after a road crash in Co Tyrone.

The crash, between a red Volkswagen Tranporter and black Volkswagen Golf happened on the Cavanakeeran Road in Pomeroy at around 10.15pm.

Police have appealed for information.
