NORTHERN Ireland’s top donkeys were the star attractions at the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum on Saturday.
Organised in partnership with the Donkey Breed Society (BDS), the annual Donkey Day once again proved that donkeys are more than just something to admire in the fields as the wonderful animals took on a series of tests and obstacle courses.
Hundreds of delighted children from across Northern Ireland came along the donkey day, which has become a hugely popular annual event at the museum.
