A 21-year-old woman from Omagh has been arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Jason McGovern on New Years Eve.
She is the seventh person to be detained after the 19-year-old from Co Monaghan was assaulted at two different venues in Omagh.
Mr McGovern was able to make his way to a friend’s house in Emyvale but was found dead the following morning.
His funeral took place at St Patrick’s Chapel at Corracrin in Monaghan on Monday, January 7.
