SF must get real over border signs

READING about the scheduled visit to Northern Ireland of ‘violent’ US pastor Todd Bentley, I must admit, filled me with apprehension.

However, that was before I had read about Sinn Fein’s infantile reaction to the new border ‘Welcome to Northern Ireland’ signs.

At a time when the country is struggling to survive and needs all the tourism it can get, still these people want to drag us into the past – all because they can’t grow up and accept the simple fact: Northern Ireland exists. Get over it.

Nothing short of brain surgery would seem capable of shifting them from their jaundiced viewpoint.

Except perhaps a sharp boot in the bonce - apparently Mr Bentley’s speciality.

That’s what they should be threatened with next time (and there surely will be one) they start their whinge-fest.

They should be treated like the spoilt children they are – before they sink this country any further with their petty spite.
