Victims give service reforms a cautious welcome

A victims’ group has cautiously welcomed 55 recommendations from the Victims Commissioner which aim to improve victim support and were approved by the First and Deputy First Ministers on Friday.

Kenny Donaldson, of Innocent Victims United, said: “Now is not a time for scapegoats, now is a time for leadership from all those who have the responsibility of representing and supporting those who have been affected by terrorism.”
