Video: A special Christmas homecoming

Waiting for Video...

This Christmas the Northern Ireland Tourist Board gave the Monroe family from Ohio a very special welcome home.

They flew into George Best Belfast City Airport and were reunited with family for the first time in years to enjoy Christmas together in Northern Ireland.

As Roisin, Brandon, and Kaeli-Anne walked through arrivals, they were given a fantastic surprise welcome by Belfast Community Gospel Choir who, dressed as ordinary bystanders and airline pilots, burst into a superb rendition of ‘Joy to the World’ - a real show stopping welcome to start off a really special family Christmas in Northern Ireland.
