In a video posted on his Facebook page on February 5, Mr Frazer claims his Markethill home was being videoed by individuals who had used different vehicles.

“We know who is snaking about,” he said during the video. “You are that obvious and that stupid and that Fenian-looking that you can’t be hid when you are in the area. We know who you are and so do the security forces.”

Mr Frazer later told the News Letter that he wanted to clarify that he “was not talking about Roman Catholics”.

People say Fenians are Catholics, but a Fenian is not a Roman Catholic,” he said. “A Fenian is a Celtic warrior and republicans took up the title and call themselves Fenians.

“I do believe you can tell when you see a republican because I lived with them and I grew up with them. You know when you are looking at them.

“As my mother used to say, the bitterness was hanging out of them. They have that evil look, that look where you know they really want to do harm.

“It has saved my neck a couple of times and saved people around me because you knew to look at boys coming that something wasn’t right.”

Mr Frazer said the men monitoring his home had also been spotted by his neighbours.

“They were up at the top of the road filming with a camera and then they came down to our place,” he said. “I actually have them on the camera obviously observing the house.

“Then another neighbour rang me and told me the same boys were back only in a different car.”

Mr Frazer said he contacted the PSNI after the incident.

He added that “there are so many threats coming to me” including on social media.

When asked if he regretted posting the video to Facebook, Mr Frazer said: “I don’t think I was carried away when I was making the video, but I was cross because they were targeting my home and that is the third time in a number of months there were boys at my door.

“The last time they came they were hooded and were booting the door.

“People need to understand when I was 11-years-old there were boys trying to kick my door in. But that last time it was quite clear they were casing the place.”
