There has been no DUP protest over Wells remark

Jim Wells claims that Sinn Fein are not welcome to canvas in Rathfriland, an area that is 40% Catholic.

In the late 1700s Protestants vandalised a stone Celtic cross in Rathfriland as an anti-Catholic protest.

There has not been a squeak of protest from the DUP concerning Mr Wells’ comments.

Is it really true that nothing has changed in 200 years?

What a depressing outlook for Northern Ireland.
