Unionists should close ranks to protect Brexit

With the three nationalist and republican parties lodging a court challenge to the democratic Brexit vote, it proves that the vote in Northern Ireland was sectarian.

This is something some unionists predicted even before the referendum.

With a clear majority of British people voting to leave the EU, it seems that nationalists and republicans cannot accept the combined will of the British people.

It is time all true unionists closed ranks to protect the democratic will of the British people and the threat to our position in the UK-regardless of how they voted in the EU referendum.

Some politicians in Northern Ireland have got a cheek to think 56% of the Northern Irish vote (a very small proportion of the UK) can dictate to the majority of over 17,000,000 British people who voted for Brexit.

The British government pump billions of pounds into this part of the UK every year.

When we compare what the rest of the UK taxpayer puts into our part of the UK and what the EU (which is British money returned) puts in, there is no logic in wanting to stay in a failing EU.

The EU also wants to control our borders and is threatening our sovereignty.

If the unionist parties are truly unionist, they will be leading the charge for the will of the British people to be upheld.

Why are the three parties wanting to stop Brexit?

Is it for political reasons and to separate Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK?
