WINNING DUP candidate Arlene Foster dedicated her victory to the late Joe Dodds, whose death resulted in the Enniskillen by-election
Speaking on the steps of Enniskillen Town Hall flanked by party colleagues, the Economy minister was also highly critical of the personalised nature of the Ulster Unionist's campaign.
