BOXING: Brendan Irvine and Kurt Walker are out of European Championships
Brendan Irvine has been today eliminated from the European Championships at the semi-final stage.
Irvine fell to a unanimous decision loss to Englsih young gun Niall Farrell in the last four in the Ukraine.
And Lisburn’s Kurt Walker also fell at the semi-final stage as he lost on points to Mykola Butsenko of the Ukraine 0-5.
