Quigg and Frampton put their IBF and WBA Super-bantamweight titles on the line that night and Hearn is backing his man to get the job done.

“Joe Gallagher is telling me that this kid is hitting so hard and I share the confidence that this is going to be so brutal. This is going to be brutal.

“I think it is going to be a brutal fight and a brutal finish. I cannot see Scott Quigg losing this fight. I just can’t see it.

“He is too determined, too big, too strong, devastating,” he added,

And Hearn believes the atmosphere in the Manchester Arena will be out of this world.

“I tell you this now. The atmosphere that night will be the best atmosphere you have seen in British boxing.

“Carl Froch versus Lucian Bute was special, as was Ricky Hatton against Kostya Tszyu but in Manchester you are going to have ten thousand English and ten thousand Irish fans. It is going to be an unbelievable night of boxing.”

And with less that three weeks to go till fight night - Hearn says he is looking forward to more ‘banter juice’ before February 27.

“There is a good rivalry between the two camps. I quite like Carl Frampton, Barry McGuigan and Shane McGuigan.

“I definitely like Jake and Blaine McGuigan, but I just really want to win. It’s nothing personnel, I just want Scott Quigg to do this and I really believe he will do this,” added Hearn.
