Matthew Wilton will enter the ring at the Holiday Inn in Belfast on Saturday night looking to take another step on the way to the top of the British rankings.
Wilton - who is having his eighth fight in 18 months - is now ranked in the top 30 light- welterweights in Britian and he wants to keep moving in the right direction when he faces Matt Seawright on Saturday night.
“The main thing at the minute is to keep winning and moving up the rankings.
“This will be my last outing before 2014, so I want to end the year on a high with a victory.
“I am ranked in the top 30 at the minute and I want to keep moving up the rankings in 2014.
“I will take it step by step and see where I end up,” he added.
And what does Wilton know about Seawright?
“He comes to have a go, so I will have to be ready. Training has gone well.”
