Anthony Cacace will make his 2013 entrance to the ring in Dundalk on Saturday night.

The exciting Belfast puncher will face Zsolt Nagy before he takes on Kris Hughes at the Devonish Complex on April 6.

Cacace - unbeaten in his opening six professional fights - has looked good so far and he will be looking to impress at the ‘Home Coming’ show at the Fairways Hotel.

And Cacace’s manager from Emerald Promotions Chris Graham says it’s good to have the ‘2012 Young Prospect of the Year’ back out in action.

“He was supposed to fight In America but that fell through so he will fight on the bill in Dundalk,” Graham said.

“He faces Hughes in Belfast on April 6 and it is good to get a few rounds under his belt before that. This guy will be a good test - but we want him to start 2013 with a bang.

“This is a big year for him and we are looking forward to seeing what he can achieve,” he added.

Also on the bill undefeated Kronk fighters James Tennyson, Daniel ‘Insane’ McShane and Declan Trainor will take part.

Tennyson defeated the experienced Mickey Coveney in his last outing and he will be looking to build on that success.

“I am learning all the time at the Kronk under Tony Dunlop. Training and preparation went well and I am looking forward to fighting in Dundalk.

“It is my first eight rounder and I am looking forward to it. The main thing is to win and keep on winning,” he added.

‘Insane’ McShane is also undefeated to far as a professional and he wants to stay on track.

“It was great to win at the Odyssey in my last outing. I want to stay undefeated and see where that gets me.

“Training has gone well and I am good to go. This is a big year for me and I can’t wait to get started,” said McShane.

Trainor is back in action after nearly three years out of action and he can’t wait to get started.

“I am glad to be back and fighting so close to home. I have been out of action for a while - but I am ready to go. Training at the Kronk in Belfast has been great and I want to make an impression at the Fairways Hotel,” he added.

East Belfast’s Matthew Wilton is another undefeated fighter on the bill. Matthew will be looking to get another win on his record as he gets his first fight of 2013.

Also on the card are Eddie Nesbitt, Anthony Fitzgerald, Phil Sutcliffe Jnr, Christina McMahon, Noel O’Brien and Willie Mitchell.

Tickets can be purchased on 07712473905 and return buses are available from Belfast.
