Chris Eubank Jr puts in commanding performance against Bradley Pryce

QUALITY: Chris Eubank Jr (left) against Bradley Pryce

QUALITY: Chris Eubank Jr (left) against Bradley Pryce

In the chief support Chris Eubank Jr was too good for Bradley Pryce as he won 80-73 on the scorecard.

Eubank Jr was just too slick and polished for Pryce and he got the job done in style but he seems to lack a wee bit of power, and at the highest level that could prove a hindrance.

There was disappointment for Stephen Haughian as he lost 77-76 on points to John O’Donnell even though he had his opponent down in the first.

Lurgan’s Haughian started like a house on fire but O’Donnell came more into the fight in the later rounds.

Daniel ‘Insane’ McShane was once again on form as he best Janis Puskins by 40 points to 35.

McShane is a fan pleaser as he always comes to fight and he is now unbeatan after two professional fights.

Belfast’s Joe Hillerby had a hard fight against Phill Fury and lost by 78 points to 74.

Hillerby will be disappointed but he will learn from the experience and come back stronger.

Marc McCullough added another victory to his record as he saw off Michael Kelly by 40 points to 36.

McCullough can be pleased with his outing against the experienced Kelly and varied his work from body to head with good effect.

John Hutchinson saw off Gerard Healy by 40 points to 37 but both fighters can be proud of their efforts as they put on a real battle for the fans in attendence.

In the first fight of the night Matthew Wilton beat Jozsef Garai by 40 points to 36 after a solid display.

Wilton dominated the bout and Garai was holding on in the final round of the contest.
