The 52-year-old veteran took 4 for 20 as Glendermott were dismissed for 122 in the first innings at The Rectory.

Craig Lynch top scored with 26, while Todd Killen (22) and Moore (20) also chipped in. Glynn King (2-15) and Dee McKeever (2-16) were also among the wickets.

Brolly then dominated the Ardmore reply, top scoring with 60 from 98 balls (6 fours, 2 sixes) as the Bleachgreen side posted 173 for 6.

He shared stands of 71 with Phil Patterson (34) and skipper George Brolly (32) to put Ardmore firmly in control, especially after late cameos from Dee McKeever (16) and Steven McDermott (11).

Teenager Todd Killen with 4 for 32 was best with the ball for Glendermott.

The Glendermott second innings followed much the same pattern as the first, with Alan Lynch (25) and Jason Lynch (23) the only contributors of note as they were dismissed for 111.

Paul Brolly (3-33) was again among the wickets as were the ever reliable pairing of Dee McKeever (3-3) and Glynn King (2-23).

That left Ardmore just 61 to lift the trophy and they made no mistake with Thomas Brolly hitting three sixes in a quickfire 27 not out, sharing an opening stand of 61 with his cousin Paul (23*).

That completes a fine week for Ardmore Seconds who clinched the league title last week with victory over St Johnston.
